Where to Start in getting your Laptop or Macbook Repaired
1. Call, Text or Chat with usStart with getting an accurate quote of the repair. We have updated rough idea cost on each section of the website by computer and issue type for a general idea of cost.

2. Assessing the damageYou have got your quote and happy to proceed? Excellent!
Let us confirm the quote by checking the internals of the computer and damage occurred. We can do that by you bringing it over or letting us pick it up for free (in Adelaide only)
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of the electronic repairs, we cannot diagnose each part of the system and provide utilised and 100% accurate free of charge.
If you need an insurance report or repair report with summarised and 100% accurate repair quote, we will have a charge of 100$ to issue you one.
You will need to book your repair first so we can allocate a slot for you. As we can be out with a customer, and if you pop in the workshop without a booking, we may miss you.
If you are interstate, you can mail it to us. Postage may cost you about $30; we will cover the return cost.

3. Finding the fault and Repairing the computerOnce you agree with the repair quote we have provided, we will get right on to the repair process.
To reduce wasted unpaid time, we do not provide free itemised diagnostic. Instead, we use an elimination repair procedure, which requires you to agree to the initial repair quote for us to start the diagnostic and repair process.
90% of the time the initial quote provided is the final amount you pay for the repair.
For the remaining 10% of the cases, where we discover underlying/hidden issues with the computer after we repair the initial fault.
We call the customer and explain the unexpected underlying issues.
By giving the customer an option to cancel the repair or continue with the adjusted quote, we ensure that the customer is not trapped at one of these “money pit” repairs, where they have no choice but to keep paying for the spiralling out repair costs.
If the customer decides to cancel the repair, cancellation charge applies and the initial quote provided is not billable. As a result, we return the computer to its faulty state. Please read more on faulty states of unsuccessfully or cancelled repairs
Repair may take from couple days to a week, depending on if we need parts ordered or have them in stock.
You will be informed on every update we have on your repair.

4. Repair CompletedWe run overnight tests such as Apple diagnostic tests or third-party tests to ensure the stability of our repairs.
If a graphic repair was performed, we issue heavy graphic test software to run overnight ensuring full functionality.
Once we are confident that repair has been successful we will let you know about it and arrange for you to have it back in the fastest and safest way possible.
