Together with the dust causing heat to get stuck inside of the machine and over the radiators, another reason for them failing is dried thermal compound on the graphics chip. This prevents heat been transferred to the heatsink and out of the system.

Next step would be to place the graphics card on our reflow machine and resolder the chip back to its place.
